During the financial year ending 31 January 2026, Hope4 CIC continued to deliver humanitarian assistance and community support to vulnerable individuals and families, primarily across Moldova and Ukraine, including communities affected by poverty, displacement and the ongoing war in Ukraine. The company's activities focused on sourcing, coordinating, transporting and distributing essential humanitarian supplies, including clothing, footwear, bedding, household necessities and other donated goods. These resources were made available to individuals and families experiencing significant financial hardship, social exclusion and displacement, helping to alleviate immediate needs and improve their living conditions. A central feature of Hope4's operating model is its collaboration with commercial businesses, humanitarian organisations, logistics providers, community representatives and local partners. Through these relationships, the company has been able to mobilise substantial quantities of donated goods and direct them towards communities where they can provide meaningful benefit. This approach enables Hope4 to achieve a level of humanitarian impact considerably greater than would otherwise be possible through its available cash resources alone. The value of donated humanitarian supplies represents a significant proportion of the company's reported financial activity, reflecting the importance of its goods-based humanitarian operating model. Beyond the distribution of essential supplies, Hope4 continued to develop its longer-term approach to addressing poverty and vulnerability. This includes exploring initiatives focused on education, employment, skills development, healthcare access and sustainable economic participation, recognising that effective community development requires both immediate humanitarian assistance and opportunities for greater independence. Throughout the reporting period, the company remained committed to ensuring that its activities were undertaken for the benefit of the communities it serves, rather than for private financial gain. Its work has contributed to relieving hardship, supporting displaced and economically vulnerable families, strengthening community resilience and promoting dignity and wellbeing. Hope4 CIC remains committed to developing an increasingly sustainable and effective model of humanitarian and community support, combining practical assistance with initiatives designed to create longer-term social and economic opportunities.
