Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
These financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2026 are the first financial statements that comply with FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. The date of transition is 1 February 2024.
The transition to FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities has resulted in a small number of changes in accounting policies to those used previously.
The nature of these changes and their impact on opening equity and profit for the comparative period are explained in the notes below.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
At the balance sheet date, the company had net liabilities of £6251. However, the company is reliant on the continued financial support of its director and majority shareholder.
The director has confirmed that they will continue to provide sufficient financial support to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and will not seek repayment of the amounts owed to them for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a failure to obtain this continued support.
