These revised financial statements replace the original financial statements for the year ended

They have been prepared as at

and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with the events between those dates.
Previously submitted accounts are submitted in error. The Director is unaware of the submission and now submitting correct revised accounts.
As there are errors in previous submission of accounts we now corrected them and filing revised micro company account.

, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;
