Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Other accounting policies
The comparative figures have been restated to recognise GBP 79,039 of advance payments for commissioned software development and corresponding director financing. This restatement has no effect on comparative equity. The work was received on 18 April 2025 and the advance was charged to development expenditure in the current year. The USD 100,000 advance and corresponding director financing have been measured at GBP 79,039 using the invoice-date exchange rate of USD 1.2652 per GBP as management's best available estimate because individual payment dates are unavailable. This is an estimate of historical GBP cost, not a verified payment-date exchange rate. Company receipts retained by the director are offset against the director's current account.
