These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. At the year end, Newlaithes Limited was owed £2,000 by Logical Aspects Limited. There were no purchases or sales during the year. Loan balances are unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand.
