Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. Service costs are recognised over their service periods. Director-funded company costs are recognised with a corresponding director creditor. Identified separate-project payments are debited to the director account. Foreign-currency personal payments use supported approximate transaction-period rates where actual sterling debits are unavailable. Low-value usage top-ups are expensed on purchase on a documented materiality assessment. The comparative figures have been corrected for a prior-period error: current assets GBP91, prepayments GBP99, creditors GBP739 and net liabilities GBP549. This reduces comparative capital and reserves by GBP1400 from the previously filed net assets of GBP851. Figures are presented in whole pounds and totals sum the displayed rounded components.
