The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Transactions with directors
Interest free loans were made to the directors during the year, C Sutherland £10,000 and R Sutherland £2,000. Both loans have been fully repaid since the Balance Sheet date.
For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
