Additional Disclosures
Directors’ loans and going concern
At 31 October 2025 the company owed its directors £74,151 (2024: £63,157). The loans are unsecured, interest-free and have no fixed repayment date, and are included in creditors falling due within one year.
At 31 October 2025 the company had net liabilities of £36,071 (2024: £28,190). The directors have confirmed that they will continue to support the company and will not seek repayment of their loans until the company has sufficient funds to repay them. On that basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
Prior year adjustment
During the year the directors identified errors in the accounting records for prior periods. These relate mainly to balances that had been duplicated, balances held as liabilities that were not owed, and amounts misclassified within creditors. The errors have been corrected retrospectively, and the comparative figures for the year ended 31 October 2024 have been restated. The correction has no effect on the loss for the year ended 31 October 2024.
