2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
Jeremy Bayes had a Directors Loan balance of £30133.97 at year end, the Loan has been repaid in full within 9 months with payments made 17/06/2026 of £24900 and 01/09/2026 of £19800. An Interest rate of 3.75% has been applied to the loan.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The director is aware of outstanding liabilities owed to HMRC as of the financial year-end. The company is actively managing its financial obligations, and the directors have agreed with HMRC a suitable payment plan. The director continues to monitor the company’s cash flow to ensure obligations to HMRC and other creditors are addressed in line with the company’s financial capacity.

For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
