The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The amended accounts are prepared as they were at the date of the original accounts.
They replace the original accounts
and are now the statutory accounts.
Year end Accounts in 2025 were incorrectly tagged in software, which transposed a Liability figure affecting the balance sheet only. Profit & Loss Account has not been amended.
£24,356 current liabilities were tagged as current asset making the balance sheet incorrect for the 2025 year and the comparative figures for 2024. Total Equity for 2025 is £-1711 and comparative for 2024 is £-8801
