The financial statements have been prepared on the going-concern basis.
For the year ended 31 January 2026, the company incurred a loss after taxation of £41,934 (2025: profit of £90,644). At the balance sheet date, the company had net liabilities of £93,910 (2025: £51,976) and net current liabilities of £90,540 (2025: £37,447).
The company has experienced challenging trading conditions, resulting in a significant deterioration in its financial performance and financial position. The company also has substantial outstanding liabilities, including amounts owed to HM Revenue & Customs and other creditors.
Following the year end, the company has continued trading and the director has indicated that there is no present intention to cease trading.
However, the company's ability to continue operating is dependent upon generating sufficient future trading income and cash flow, maintaining the necessary support of creditors and meeting its financial obligations as they fall due.
These circumstances indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt upon the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
The financial statements have been prepared on the going-concern basis and therefore do not include any adjustments to the carrying values or classification of assets and liabilities that might be necessary should the company be unable to continue trading.
