1 Company information
Bgm Bespoke Build Ltd is a private company registered in England and Wales. Its registered number is 08598124. The company is limited by shares. Its registered office is 9 Brandon Avenue, Heald Green, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 3SG.
2 Accounting policies
Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” including the provisions of Section 1A “Small Entities” and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention.
Going concern
After reviewing the company’s forecasts and projections, the directors intend to apply for the company to be struck off the register at Companies House following the filing of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have given assurances that the director’s current account will not be drawn down but also not recoverable due to the closure of the Company. The Company has not traded since 31 July 2022.
