3. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.

The company has experienced challenging trading conditions during the year, resulting in a net loss of £18,840 and, as of 31 October 2025 the company's current liabilities exceeded it's current assets by £24,584.

Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
