2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
During the accounting period, the company made advances to a director, which were recorded through the Director's Loan Account (DLA). The Director's Loan Account became overdrawn during the period, and interest was charged on the overdrawn balance in accordance with the applicable legislation. Any balance outstanding at the year end has been reported as required, and the company has considered the relevant Corporation Tax legislation in respect of loans to participators. Any repayments made after the year end have been reflected in the Director's Loan Account records.
The overdrawn Director's Loan Account was not secured by any guarantee provided by the company or any third party. The balance remained unsecured throughout the accounting period, and no formal guarantee arrangements were in place in relation to the advance made to the director.

During the year the average number of employees was 2 (2024: 2).

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
