The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 1 (2025: 1).

For the period ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 January 2026. These revised accounts are now the statutory accounts of the company for the period ended 31 January 2026. These revised accounts have been prepared as at the date of the original accounts and not as at the date of revision, and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates. The original accounts for this period were prepared using simplified balance sheet figures that did not agree with the company's accounting records. They did not give a true and fair view of the company's assets and liabilities because they omitted creditors, including amounts owed to a director and unpaid payroll liabilities, and misstated cash at bank and fixed assets. The balance sheet has been restated from the company's accounting records: fixed assets reduced from 100 to nil, cash at bank restated to 245, creditors falling due within one year increased from nil to 32,237 (including 19,846 owed to a director), creditors falling due after more than one year of 1,632 (a bounce back loan) recognised, and net assets of 100 restated as net liabilities of 34,094. Opening reserves have been restated for corrections of prior-period errors in the company's records, so they do not agree to the closing reserves in the previous year's filed accounts. The revision of these accounts was approved by the board on 30 October 2026.
