2 Accounting policies
Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” including the provisions of Section 1A “Small Entities” and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention.
Going concern
After reviewing the company’s forecasts and projections, the directors intend to apply for the company to be struck off the register at Companies House following the filing of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was Nil (2025 - Nil).
4 Principal place of business
There is no principal place of business as the company has been dormant.
5 Controlling party
BGM Damery Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BGM Group (UK) Limited (company number 08628334), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales.
