.

They have been prepared as at
31 January 2026
and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with the events between those dates.
These revised accounts replace the original accounts for the year ended 31 January 2026, which were approved by the directors on 30 October 2026, and are now the statutory accounts of the company for that year. The revised accounts have been prepared as at the date the original accounts were approved and not as at the date of revision. Accordingly, they do not deal with events between those dates. The original accounts did not comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 because they omitted the depreciation charge on the company’s tangible fixed assets and the interest charged on the company’s bank overdraft and Bounce Back Loan during the year. The following significant amendments have been made: A depreciation charge of £13,642 has been recognised, reducing fixed assets from £154,290 to £140,648. Interest of £912 has been recognised, increasing creditors falling due within one year from £377,465 to £378,377. As a result, the company’s loss for the year is £14,554 (originally nil), and total net liabilities have increased from £260,722 to £275,276.
