The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements have been prepared in sterling and are rounded to the nearest pound.

Going concern
Despite the negative balance sheet, the company director is willing to continue supporting the company and is committed to reversing the negative balance sheet.
