At year end 31 January 2026, the Director owes the Company £65,899.26 as Director Loan Account however most of it has been repaid on 01 April 2026 and there is an increase of £616.95 still oustanding owed back to the company. Hence, S455 charged is applied and Company owes the Director £312 as unpaid expense.
