Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 August 2025.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 31 May 2026, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
The balance sheet overstated current assets and net assets and understated the amount owed to the director. The comparative figures for the year ended 31 August 2024 also misstated current assets, creditors due within one year and provisions.

Significant amendments made:
Current assets reduced from £1,990 to £572. Creditors due within one year increased from £342,214 to £364,757 (director’s loan), and Corporation Tax of £339 recognised. Net assets reduced from £27,620 to £3,320. 2024 comparatives restated: current assets £4,718, creditors due within one year £370,587, provisions £41,703.

Date of approval of revision: 30 October 2026
