Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis, however trade is economically challenging and the directotrs have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The directors are satisified at present that the company will continue in operational existence and that the company will continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of its' financial statements.

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 2 (2024 - 2).

3	Related party transactions

The director, Mr A Thomas, operarates a loan account with the company. The loan account is subject to interest in accordance with the HMRC Official Rate of Interest which applies over the reporting period. There are no fixed terms for repayment associated with the loan.

For the financial year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
