1 Statutory information
Rasmia Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 12427641. The registered office is Flat 16, Wyfold House, Wolvercote Road, London, SE2 9TJ.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the year end the director owed the company £64,042 (2025: Owed £61,462). The loan has interest charged at 3.75% or official rate of interest applied. The maximum outstanding during the year was £64,202.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 3 (2025: 3).
For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
