Turnover

Rendering of services

Where the outcome cannot be measured reliably, turnover is recognised only to the extent of the expenses recognised that are recoverable.

Rental Income

Turnover represents rental income from properties and is recognised on a straight-line basis over the term of the lease.

Rental income is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding VAT. Incentives granted to tenants, such as rent-free periods, are recognised evenly over the term of the lease. Any service charges and other income related to leased assets are recognised when the related services are performed.
