During the financial period, it was identified that certain personal ependiture had been inadvertently included with the company's expenses in error. Concequently, the financial statements did not strictly comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 regarding true and fair view of expenses and directors' transactions.
The error has now been recitified by removing these personal costs from the profit and loss account and treating the balance as a director's loan account fraw-down. The figures have been restated accordingly, and the company is now fully compliant with the reporting provisions of the Companies Act.
