NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 OCTOBER 2025

1. Statutory information

Mudeford 1.0 Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number is 12954817. The registered office and business address is 39 Clive Road, Christchurch, BH23 4NX.

2. Accounting policies

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The Company has made a loss during the year and has a deficiency of assets at the year end of £5,964. The Company is dependent upon the continued support of its director and external lenders. The director has confirmed their support of the Company over the next 12 months, in order that it can meet its day to day working capital requirements.

Turnover
Turnover represents rental income and is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes.

Investment property
Investment property is shown at cost in the year of acquisition and at the most recent valuation in subsequent years. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised within other comprehensive income.

The directors do not consider that the value of this property, at this year-end, has materially altered since its acquisition. Therefore no fair value adjustment is required at the year end.

Taxation
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.

Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.

Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference.

Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits.

Financial instruments
Basic financial instruments are initially recognised at transaction price and accounted for according to the substance of the contractual arrangement, as either financial assets, liabilities or equity instruments. An equity instrument is any contract that evidences a residual interest in the assets of the company, after deducting all liabilities.

At each balance sheet date, financial instruments are measured at amortised cost using the effective interest method. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the profit and loss account in the period to which they relate.
