LEARNING LABS HOUNSLOW LTD

This note revises in certain respects the original financial statements of the company and is to be treated as forming part of those accounts.

These financial statements have been revised as at the date of the original annual accounts and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates.

We need to review and revise the accounting treatment of few transactions. They were previously recorded as intercompany transfers during the VAT review, but following the subsequent review by Hayes, they appear to relate to payroll expenses.

We should check the relevant entries and reclassify them under the appropriate payroll expense section in the accounts to ensure everything is correctly reflected.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
