2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006.

The comparative figures for the year ended 30 November 2024 have been restated to correct previously omitted director funding and year-end royalty receivables, cash in transit and prepayments, with corresponding adjustments to creditors and retained earnings.
