Restatement of Prior Period Financial Statements

The comparative figures for the financial period ended 31 January 2025 have been restated to reflect the initial establishment transactions of the company.

The prior period accounts were originally submitted to Companies House reflecting a dormant status with zero balances. This restatement correctly recognises the out-of-pocket expenses and the initial share capital subscription, funded personally by the director during the setup period.

This adjustment accurately aligns the comparative period with the company's underlying ledger records.
