1. Revision by Replacement

The financial statements for the period ended 31 January 2025 have been revised.

These financial statements:

replace the original financial statements;
are now the statutory financial statements;
have been prepared as at the date of the original financial statements, and not as at the date of the revision and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates.

The original financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2025 did not include the company’s trading activity for the year. As a result, the original financial statements did not give a true and fair view of the company’s financial position at 31 January 2025 or of its profit for the year.

The financial statements have been revised to include the company’s full trading results for the year and to remove the fixed asset. The updated financial statements now present a true and fair view of the company's financial position.
