Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 January 2025.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 21 October 2025, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
The original accounts incorrectly stated profits and unreported expenses. A profit of £260 from the 1 February 2025 – 31 January 2026 period was wrongly record in the 25 January 2024 – 31 January 2025 period due to an accounting error. The £260 income was included as part of a £360 profit which was also incorrectly calculated as the additional £100 came from director contributions in the 1 February 2025 – 31 January 2026 period. Operating expenses were underreported as original calculations mistakenly omitted administrative expenses incurred between 30 April 2024- 1 January 2025.

Significant amendments made:
Corrected revenue from £360 to £0 Administrative and office expenses from £68 to £131.01 Sundry expenses from £198 to £0

Date of approval of revision: 30 October 2026
