At 30 April 2026, the company had an outstanding liability of £3,500 owed to director Daniel Richard George Thirkill, representing funds previously advanced by the director to the company.

The balance was brought forward from the previous accounting period. No additional advances or repayments were recorded during the year.

The balance is currently presented within creditors falling due after more than one year in the financial statements, subject to confirmation of the agreed repayment terms.

This balance represents a liability of the company to the director and not an advance or loan made by the company to the director.

3. Guarantees and other financial commitments

At 30 April 2026, the company had outstanding hire purchase and finance liabilities totalling £17,634.50 relating to motor vehicles used in the business.

Of this amount, £4,127.98 is presented within creditors falling due within one year and £13,506.52 within creditors falling due after more than one year.

These liabilities have been recognised in the financial statements and do not represent additional capital commitments.

4. Additional disclosures

Prior Year Comparatives

During the year, the company transitioned its accounting records from QuickBooks to Xero. The migration was undertaken by the company, and certain historical opening balances and comparative transactions were not transferred in full.

As part of preparing the financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2026, the comparative figures were reconstructed and reconciled using the previously prepared financial statements and available supporting accounting records.

The comparative Income Statement reflects turnover of £51,617 and profit before taxation of £22,763. The comparative Statement of Financial Position reflects net assets of approximately £35,833.

Adjustments were made to the presentation and classification of historical balances to ensure consistency with the prior-year financial statements.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
