Company activities and impact

Organising grassroots sports programs will improve physical health, promote teamwork, and create opportunities for social inclusion, particularly for young people. Women-only sports initiatives will ensure culturally sensitive spaces for participation, improving confidence and well-being. By providing sports coaching and refereeing qualifications, we will help individuals develop careers in sports and fitness. Community tournaments and leagues will engage young people, keeping them active while reducing social exclusion and anti-social behaviour. Collaborating with educational institutions to deliver apprenticeships and vocational training in sports coaching, business skills, and sustainability will provide career pathways for underrepresented groups. Green energy training will equip individuals with industry-recognised qualifications, improving job prospects in renewable energy. Career support for BAME and low-income youth will bridge employment gaps, and mentoring programs will guide individuals towards long-term success. Supporting faith institutions and community centres in adopting solar energy will lower energy costs and reduce carbon footprints, making these spaces more sustainable. Education campaigns on energy efficiency and waste reduction will empower ethnic minority communities with knowledge to make eco-friendly choices. Partnering with renewable energy providers to install solar panels and EV charging stations will make sustainable technology more accessible and beneficial to local communities
