2Off balance sheet arrangements
At 31 January 2026 the company was committed to 29 remaining Arval operating-lease rentals of GBP 320.81 excluding VAT (GBP 384.97 including VAT at 20%) each, totalling GBP 9,303.49 excluding VAT and GBP 11,164.13 including VAT. The contract runs for 36 months from 7 July 2025. Contingent excess-mileage and damage charges are not quantified.
