Notes to the Financial Statements

1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 0 (2025: 0).

2. Prior-period correction

The comparative figures for the year ended 31 January 2025 have been restated to reverse an AWS hosting accrual of GBP 219.67. The related cost was accrued at 31 January 2024, paid on 3 February 2024 and recorded again as an expense. Comparative profit before tax has increased by GBP 219.67. An estimated additional prior-year Corporation Tax provision of GBP 41.74 has been recognised at 19%, pending verification of the previously filed tax computation. The resulting increase in comparative retained earnings and net assets is GBP 177.93. The correction does not affect current-year profit before tax or cash balances.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in Scotland. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
