Company name: REESHE PERSIAN LANGUAGE SCHOOL CIC

Company number: 14591579

Year ending: 31 January 2026

This report has been prepared in accordance with the Community Interest Company Regulations 2005 (simplified report).

Part 1 — General description of the company's activities and impact

Describe the activities the company has carried out during the year and how they have benefited the community.

In the financial year 2025 to 2026, Reeshe Persian School successfully conducted three academic semesters, offering comprehensive Persian language and cultural education for children aged 4 to 15. Each semester comprised three distinct learning levels, ensuring that students could progress in their linguistic skills and cultural understanding according to their abilities. In addition to our educational programs, we hosted a community event to celebrate Persian New Year (Nowruz) at the end of March. This gathering brought together Persian-speaking families in a warm and inclusive environment to celebrate our shared cultural heritage. The event featured a variety of craft and art activities designed for families and children, and traditional cakes and sweets were enjoyed by all, fostering a sense of unity and belonging within the community. To further support our educational goals, we expanded our school library by purchasing 50 new Persian books. These books are now available for families to borrow, enabling them to engage with Persian literature at home and continue developing their language skills outside of the classroom. The activities of Reeshe Persian School have significantly benefited the community by providing a vital space for Persian-speaking families to connect, maintain their cultural identity, and pass on their heritage to younger generations. By offering accessible language education, we have supported bilingual development in children, enhancing their communication skills and deepening their understanding of Persian culture. Our community events, like the Nowruz celebration, have fostered social cohesion by bringing together families from diverse backgrounds who share a common cultural interest, strengthening relationships and creating a supportive network for Persian-speaking families. Additionally, the expansion of our library has created a resource that encourages lifelong learning, allowing families to engage with Persian literature and culture in their homes. This has empowered parents to take an active role in their children's education and cultural upbringing, further enhancing the community’s connection to its heritage. Through our efforts, we have helped preserve and promote Persian language and culture, fostering a sense of pride and belonging among community members.
