1. Status and accounting policies

Holistic United Group CIC is a private company limited by guarantee and a community interest company, registered in England and Wales (registered number 16076176). Its registered office is 62 Beatty Rise, Spencers Wood, Reading, England, RG7 1FQ.

The company was dormant within the meaning of section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006 throughout the period from its incorporation on 12 November 2024 to 30 November 2025. It has not traded and has had no income, expenditure or significant accounting transactions; accordingly no income and expenditure account (profit and loss account) is presented. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A (small entities).

2. Members' guarantee

The company is limited by guarantee and does not have a share capital. Every member undertakes to contribute such amount as may be required, not exceeding £1, to the assets of the company in the event of it being wound up while they are a member or within one year after they cease to be a member.

3. Directors' remuneration and related party transactions

No director received any remuneration and there were no transactions with directors or other related parties during the period.
