Community Interest Company Report (simplified)

Part 1 - General description of the company's activities and impact

The company was dormant throughout the financial period from 12 November 2024 to 30 November 2025. It did not trade, received no income and incurred no expenditure, and accordingly its activities during the period have not yet benefited the community. During the period the company was incorporated as a community interest company and its director carried out unpaid preparatory work towards its planned community activities, including defining its community purpose and the services it intends to provide, identifying the communities it intends to benefit, and planning how its activities will be funded and delivered. Activity has not yet started because this preparatory work and funding arrangements were still in progress. The company expects to begin trading and carrying out its community activities from 1 June 2027. Once active, the company intends to benefit the community as follows: By combining physical fitness with community support, we build a powerful network of belonging and collective strength that helps individuals overcome challenges while proactively preventing mental and physical health issues.

Part 2 - Consultation with stakeholders

There has been no stakeholder consultation held. The company was dormant throughout the financial period and carried out no activities. Its intended stakeholders are the people and communities its planned activities are intended to benefit; once active, the company intends to consult them through feedback forms.
