1. Revision by Replacement

The financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 have been revised.

These financial statements:

replace the original financial statements;
are now the statutory financial statements;
have been prepared as at the date of the original financial statements, and not as at the date of the revision and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates.

Due to previous year 2022/23 financial statements has been revised.

There are no significant amendments to the original accounts.

2. General Information

Alban Blinds Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 08574741 . The registered office is The Limes, 1339 High Road, London, N20 9HR.

Controlling party

During the year ending 31 March 2025, Alban Blinds Holding Ltd controlled the company by virtue of a controlling interest of 100% of issued ordinary share capital.

Going Concern Disclosure

The directors have not identified any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.

The directors have also given assurances to ensure sufficient funds will be available as and when the need arises to enable the company to continue trading.

3. Average Number of Employees

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
