4. Prior period adjustment

During the year, the directors identified an error in the amount of dividends recognised in the previous financial period. The comparative figures have been restated to reflect the correction, with the corresponding adjustment made to the director's loan account and opening retained earnings.

The correction has had no impact on the profit or loss for the current financial period.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
