1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 1 (2025: 1).

2. Additional disclosures

Change of Accounting Period

During the previous period, the company changed its accounting reference date from 31 July to 31 March. As a result, the previous financial statements cover an 8-month period from 1 August 2024 to 31 March 2025, whereas the current figures are for the 12-month period ended 31 March 2026. Consequently, the amounts presented in the current period are not entirely comparable with those of the previous period.

Going Concern

At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
