Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Basis of preparation. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Transition to FRS 105. These are the company’s first financial statements prepared under FRS 105. They were previously prepared under FRS 102, which required a provision for deferred tax. FRS 105 does not permit this, so the comparative figures have been restated to remove the provision of £1,356 at 31 January 2025, reducing net liabilities at that date from £18,888 to £17,532.
