NOTES TO THE REVISED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

1.	REVISED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The financial statements for the period 1 December 2023 to 31 October 2024 have been revised.

They

-

replace the original financial statements;

-

are now the statutory financial statements;

-

are prepared as they were at the date of the original financial statements and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates.

These financial statements are revised accounts prepared in accordance with Section 454 of the Companies Act 2006 and replace the dormant company accounts previously delivered to the Registrar of Companies for the period ended 31 October 2024.

Following a review of the company's accounting records, the directors identified that the company had undertaken trading activities during the period and therefore did not qualify for dormant company status. The previously filed accounts did not reflect the company's trading activities and associated assets, liabilities, income and expenditure.

The financial statements have been revised to recognise the company's trading transactions and balances for the period. The revised accounts replace the previously filed dormant accounts in their entirety.

These financial statements are revised accounts and replace the accounts originally delivered to the Registrar of Companies for the period ended 31 October 2024 pursuant to Section 454 of the Companies Act 2006.

3.	AVERAGE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES

The average number of employees during the period was 2 (2023 - 1 ) .

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the period ended 31 October 2024.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 31 October 2024 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
