2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention, on an accruals basis and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. Figures in this filing are rounded to the nearest pound. Ordinary paid domain registration, protection, hosting and subscriptions are prepaid services released over their supported paid terms.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Computer equipment is depreciated on a straight-line basis over three years with a nil residual value estimate. The business-use iPad cost GBP832.50 excluding recoverable VAT; depreciation of GBP41.82 is recorded for 55 days from 7 September to 31 October 2026. Useful life and residual value are reviewed annually.

Other accounting policies
Going concern and director support: the company has net liabilities of GBP8219.44 and owes the director GBP23277.25, presented as due within one year because no enforceable revised loan term is recorded. On 1 November 2026 the director confirmed his intention to leave the loan in the company for at least 12 months, provide further funding as needed and make no withdrawal until the business is successful. Together with current cash and the operating-cost plan this supports the going-concern basis. Future funding is not recognised before receipt and the intention is not an unlimited legally binding guarantee. The filed 2025 dormant comparative shows cash and capital of GBP100. The corrected Xero opening conversion records bank GBP4257.05, director loan GBP4157.05 and capital GBP100. The matched GBP4157.05 asset/liability bridge has no effect on opening net assets or current-year profit.

3Off balance sheet arrangements
The company has signed a private-office service agreement running from 1 February to 31 October 2027 at GBP242 per month excluding VAT and options, a total of GBP2178 for the nine-month initial term. The incorporated terms provide automatic renewal and require at least three months notice before the end of a term longer than three months. Existing November workspace and activation charges are prepaid.
