3. Prior year adjustment

The comparative figures have been restated. At 31 July 2025 the euro bank balances were overstated by £1,761 on translation into sterling, and a creditor of £100 was included that was not payable. Net assets at 31 July 2025 have been reduced from £13,075 as previously reported to £11,414. There is no effect on the profit for the year ended 31 July 2025 as previously reported.

For the year ending 31 July 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
