Intangible Asset Policy
Intangible assets comprise the lease premium and key money paid on the acquisition of the leasehold business premises. The premium is amortised on a straight-line basis in equal annual instalments of £13,333 over the remaining term of the lease.
Stock
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to complete and sell.
