3. Going Concern Disclosure

The company's balance sheet shows net liabilities at the year end. The directors have prepared cashflow forecasts which indicate that thecompany will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
