and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with the events between those dates.
The original micro-entity financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2025 were incorrectly filed with nil balances across all asset and liability categories. The accounts failed to reflect the company's actual financial position and omitted material transactions and balances that existed at the balance sheet date.
The Balance Sheet and related notes have been completely restated to recognise the company's actual financial activity. The amendments include the inclusion of previously omitted assets, liabilities (including creditor loan balances), and the corresponding reserves, replacing the originally filed nil balances
