1. Basis of Preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling, rounded to the nearest pound.

5. Prior year adjustment
The comparative figures for the year ended 31 January 2025 have been restated to correct errors in the accounts previously filed. The tax charge for that year has been reduced from £1,570 to £1,198 to agree with the Corporation Tax assessed by HMRC, increasing the profit for that year from £4,736 to £5,108. Current assets at 31 January 2025 have been increased from £9,000 to £10,242 to agree with the company’s bank balance at that date. As a result, net assets and capital and reserves at 31 January 2025 have increased from £9,000 to £10,242.
