Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the balance sheet date the company owed £11,223 (2025: £1,132) and £1,100 (2025: £1,100) to the directors. The loans are unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand, and are included within creditors falling due within one year.
Additional Disclosures
Basis of Preparation:
On 1 August 2026, after the balance sheet date, the company surrendered the lease of its premises at 1673–1675 High Street, Knowle and ceased trading. The directors intend to place the company into liquidation. As the directors have no realistic alternative but to cease trading, these financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis. Assets have been written down to their estimated realisable values, and all liabilities have been classified as falling due within one year. No provision has been made for costs arising from the closure or liquidation after the balance sheet date, except where an obligation existed at 31 January 2026. The effect of these adjustments is to increase the loss for the year and reduce net assets by £8,068.
