Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 January 2024.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 31 October 2024, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
The original accounts filed with Companies House omitted the Corporation tax liability of £1779.00 for the year ending 31 Jan 2024. Consequently, creditors falling due within one year understated, resulting in an overstatement of net assets and capital and reservs

Significant amendments made:
Creditors falling due within one year have been increased from £4,751 to £6,530 to include the omitted corporation tax liability of £1,779. Consequently, net current assets have been reduced from £89,153 to £87,374, and total net assets and capital and reserves have been corrected from £9,153 to £7,354

Date of approval of revision: 31 October 2026
